Job Description

The sales assistant will work closely with the sales team to provide an efficient administrative service related to the sales process. As ARHS is an IT consultancy company, administration entails the detailed handling of all administrative documents needed for the extension of sales contracts of our consultants, updating CVs in the appropriate formats, follow-up the process with the consultants...

We are looking for a motivated administrator with attention to detail and keen to work in a fast-paced sales environment. This role will suit you if you are full of initiative, organized and work well to deadlines.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a busy sales team.
  • Prepare the administrative documents in collaboration with the account managers. In close contact with our IT consultants, you make sure that all documents for their extensions are up to date.
  • Support the account managers with the preparation of supporting paperwork and documentation.  (cv update, etc.)
  • Assist the sales team in general queries coming from our clients.
  • Assisting with any communications or contacts with our consultants on general service-related questions.



  • You are a young graduate or you have limited professional experience
  • You have an excellent command of English and French or Dutch
  • You have Eye for detail (meticulous) and you are well organized
  • You have excellent communication skills
