Arηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.

We are composed of 13 entities across 6 countries that are unified by the Arηs Group, with more than 1750 consultants.

This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.

Our Brand

The ArȠs (pronounce [aris]) name comes from Greek Mythology. ArȠs is the son of Zeus and the God of War – in our eyes, an accurate representation of the intelligence, strategy, leadership and vision that are essential in business.

The role & responsibilities

• You contribute to the maintenance of existing - and the deployment of future - D365 F&0 solutions in the European entities of the group.   
• You listen to your internal customers, identify and challenge their needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
• You deliver the changes and solutions with the support of internal and external partners.
• You commit for the quality of deliveries, and for the respect of cross-functional standards.
• You supervise and report on the D365 F&O solutions portfolio.
• At medium term, you manage various and large implementation projects.

• Master’s degree in computer science, business engineering or equivalent.
• In-depth and large knowledge of D365 F&0 and Microsoft related environments (minimum 5 years of practice).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Leader in an industrial or logistic environment ; experience in the biopharma industry as an asset.
• Fluency in English and French as a prerequisite, Dutch is a plus.
• Standards driven and quality oriented competences.
• Analytical skills with good understanding of process flows.
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Project management skills as an asset
• Ready to travel up to 20% out of Belgium
