Arηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.

We are composed of 13 entities across 6 countries that are unified by the Arηs Group, with more than 1750 consultants.

This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.

Our success can be attributed to the synergy among our nine complementary entities, combined with our methodologies, which are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Scrum agile software development framework.

Our Brand

The ArȠs (pronounce [aris]) name comes from Greek Mythology. ArȠs is the son of Zeus and the God of War – in our eyes, an accurate representation of the intelligence, strategy, leadership and vision that are essential in business.

Hoe ziet een doorsnee dag eruit?

• Als ICT Talent Sourcer heb je een centrale positie binnen ons Management Team
• Je gaat op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten voor onze competence centers
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige selectieproces van Freelancers en medewerkers van onze partners.
• Je beheert de digitale HR mix voor het zoeken naar Freelancer

Je werkt PRO-ACTIEF

• Uitbouwen & onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk aan kandidaten binnen onze competence centers
• Opvolging van consultants op project
• 360° opvolging van enkele toegewezen accounts
• Administratieve afhandeling van de kandidaatsgegevens
• GDPR proof up-to-date houden van ATS
• Onderhouden, uitbouwen en evalueren van ons partner network en onze subco’s
• Mee uitwerken van marketingcampagnes.
• Telefonische en face-to-face-screenings van de kandidaten..

Je werkt REACTIEF

• Als er aanvragen van klanten binnenkomen verzorg je de matching van de juiste Freelancer of medewerker van onze partners voor de juiste job

• Bachelor/Master denk- en werkniveau
• In ons team past er best een persoon met een sterke werk-ethiek en natuurlijke drive
• Integer, creatief, enthousiast & gedreven zijn enkele kernwoorden die ons hele team typeren
• Je hebt passie en hoge drive om steeds op zoek te gaan naar de juiste kandidaten.
• Je hebt weinig nood aan structuur
• Je hebt een eerste ervaring in IT of rekrutering achter de rug
• Je bent zelf direct in je communicatie en houdt van een no-nonsense bedrijfscultuur
• Talenkennis : perfect Nederlands spreken en schrijven & vlot Engels en/of Frans
