We are looking for a competent HelpDesk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
An excellent HelpDesk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.
- Performing First Level Helpdesk/Support tasks, including answering calls from customers and creating tickets from Email-requests
- Resolving support requests from customers (end-users)
- Setup, migration and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, mobile devices
- 1st Level User account management
- Document case scenarios for future reference
Proven experience as a service desk or helpdesk technician or other customer support role
Tech savvy with working knowledge of
Jira (Or Equivalent)
Microsoft Windows 10
Microsoft Office 365
Window Active Directory
common 3rd Party Windows-Applications
Proficiency in French, English (B2)
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
