Description of the open position

IT support engineer


Als een IT support engineer sta je in voor:

  • helpdesk en infrastructuur support bij onze klanten;
  • Je zal telefonische oproepen en vragen van eindgebruikers beantwoorden en vanop afstand oplossingen aanbieden;
  • Je zorgt voor een goede interactie met klant, het beheer en de administratie van incidenten dat in lijn ligt met de gemaakte afspraken met de klant;
  • Je beheert eveneens software, hardware en gebruikersprofielen;
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de day-to-day taken en opvolging m.b.t. de ICT-infrastructuur bij onze klanten;
  • Je werkt mee aan ICT-projecten, die nieuwe functionaliteiten opleveren bij onze klanten;
  • Je werkt mee aan het up-to-date houden van documentatie;
  • Je denkt mee en doet voorstellen tot verbetering.


Wat we van jou verwachten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor/master diploma in de informatica/ICT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Problemen analytisch benaderen is een kernkwaliteit van jou. Interesse in IT is een must. Je bent gedreven om steeds bij te leren;
  • Je beschikt over sterke documentatievaardigheden;
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en communiceert vlot in het Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je beschikt over de juiste communicatieve vaardigheden en het nodige tact om uitgesproken klant- en servicegericht te werken
  • Cruciaal is jouw betrokken, verantwoordelijke en stressbestendige houding;
  • Je kan snel integreren in een internationale/multiculturele omgeving;
  • Je houdt ervan in teamverband te werken;
  • je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
