Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Regional Manager for our Welcome Advisors team in Overland Park, United States. In this dynamic role, you'll lead a remote call-center team of 12-15 Welcome Advisors, driving sales activity and executing market growth strategies to increase family move-ins to our Community Customers.

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing, results-driven sales team through effective recruitment, training, and daily coaching
  • Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors and guides team members to maximize conversion rates
  • Train and manage the team on consultative phone sales practices, leveraging each family's unique needs to refer appropriate customer communities
  • Set and achieve monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives
  • Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on scheduling, sales advancement, customer relationships, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct occasional overnight travel for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings
  • Perform local travel to visit community customers in the market

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience successfully leading a sales team to exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Proven track record of developing new sales talent into top performers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage seasoned sales professionals and maximize their performance
  • Experience in managing by metrics and delivering results in a highly independent environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing personnel issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to promote a positive and energetic sales atmosphere within the team
  • Excellent collaboration skills with other departments to achieve shared goals
  • Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the senior care or healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team effectively
  • Access to a designated home office space with privacy during working hours
  • High-speed internet connection required

Compensation

  1. Base Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000
  2. On Target Earnings: $140k
