Job Description
About the role:
A dynamic Business Development Manager will be responsible for business development activities internationally, especially for the European market territory. This is an exiting role that will give high decision making freedom to lead operations that will fuel customer success, retention and growth.
What you will do:
- Define business development strategy and build service offering team with P&L responsibilities;
- Identify and qualify business opportunities;
- Perform market trends analysis to reinforce and confirm service roadmaps;
- Understand and communicate company’s value proposition and solutions to the customers;
- Develop account plans and define account forecasts;
- Conduct status and strategy meetings with the customer’s key players to understand their needs;
- Cooperate with recruitment, legal and IT team management
Qualifications
What we expect of you:
- Bachelor’s degree or highly relevant industry experience, preferably AML area in banking sector or B2B high-tech, data processing service sales;
- Ability to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities – target: 50-50 ratio of hunter to farmer;
- Outstanding levels of communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to articulate needs and act decisively;
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
