What we need from you:

  • Qualifications in Psychology,  Social Work or Counselling with current registration and membership
  • Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching 
  • Proactive and engaging with organisational customers 
  • Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
  • Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
  • Capacity to work 3 days a week
