The Role
Your role as a Software Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our white-labelled SaaS platform to support organisations to inspire and educate their teams on their journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle. This opportunity is for a motivated, enthusiastic & goal-oriented individual who has a passion to work in a thriving industry while advancing their career in Software Development.
In this role you will:
- Actively participate in Agile development ceremonies
- Participate in peer / code reviews and daily standups.
- Work closely with the team and key stakeholders to understand, breakdown and size tasks.
- Design, implement and test new features.
- Support and maintenance of existing applications
- Ensure code meets security, maintainability, extensibility and other best practices.
- Ensure on time delivery.
Skills you’ll bring
- 4-5 years of experience in software development
- Advanced client development skills in JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js, React.JS, JQuery, Knockout etc) (essential)
- Experience in full stack projects including,
- Java or any other modern programming language
- Working with databases
- Unit testing and test-driven development.
- Demonstrated experience with Microservices.
- Knowledge in Containerisation
- Experience with Git or source code control
- Experience with Cloud based development and deployment is desired, especially within AWS
- A solutions mindset
