Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead a high-performing group of health professionals in delivering exceptional occupational rehabilitation services across Perth.

With our WA team continuing to expand, the successful applicant will lead and inspire our passionate multi-disciplinary allied health team to go beyond and think outside the box.
About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development, and operational success of a multidisciplinary team delivering return-to-work and injury management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 4 – 5 consultants
- Supporting the delivery of employee performance/KPIs and operational targets
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and manage 2-3 key customer accounts
- Management of service delivery quality, workflows and reporting standards
- Support coaching, training and professional development of the team
- Manage a reduced caseload demonstrating a personal high standard on your own cases
- Drive new service offerings in WA and contribute to national projects
About You
- Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation Counselling or Osteopathy and current accreditation.
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in injury management/rehabilitation and/or clinical settings
- A real passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management/account management/client assessments
- Leadership experience managing team members; knowledge and experience in recruitment, induction and mentoring
- High level organisational skills
