Job Description

A successful applicant will have:

* A bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
* Passion and experience with web development in general
* Ability to work and communicate with team members remotely
* 5+ years experience with most of the following:
* PHP
* MySQL
* Basic Linux command-line functionality
* HTML
* CSS (and transpilers such as Sass or LESS)
* Javascript
* JS libraries such as jQuery, Angular, and Vue.js
* GIS tools and formats, including libraries such as Google Maps and Leaflet
* SVN or Git
* AWS or similar cloud platforms

Basic duties include:

* Working with the dev team leaders on general maintenance, bug fixes, and project development
* Participating in design discussion of long term projects
* Assisting in technical documentation of new projects
* Creating and following test procedures for quality assurance
 

Qualifications

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Product development: 5 years (Preferred)
AWS: 1 year (Preferred)
