Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for Training, Coaching, and Handholding of Dealership Sales Team. The role is expected to deliver Training at various locations. Complete the Man days given by the client. Training can be in the form of Class Room Training, On the Job training, Coaching, Virtual Training, and Conducting Audits. Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD. Ensure that all the manpower at a given location is trained

Key Responsibility Areas:

· Conduct Automobile Sales Process Training for EV

· Conduct Automobile Sales Process Audit for EV

· On the Job Training

· Coaching

· Conducting Class Room Training

· Help Improve Customer Satisfaction

· Help Improve PSF scores (Post Sales Feedback) & SSI scores

· Help improve Dealer Sales Processes

· Help Improve Dealer Sales Efficiency

· Responsible for 30 -40 dealerships

· Travel across locations (20 -22 days)
