Job Description
Ensure the principal and ITI staff support the project and follow-up on regular project deliverables.
Liaise with local ITI and Industry for engagement of trainees for the in-plant training for 1 -2 months.
Conduct regular ITI assessment - “Gap assessment” studies of duly identified ITI’s for the agreed trades.
Support the ITI’s and industry to identify places for ‘in-plant training’ for each trainees of the selected trades.
Follow-up and ensure that the ITI’s provide every trainee with coverage under Accidental Insurance and PPEs as required.
Organize the trainings for the ITI Management.
Organize the trainings for the In-company trainers.
Monitor and support the in-company trainers apply the learnings during in-plant training.
Supervise and monitor in-plant training.
Review and report the update on regular basis.
