Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • Work Experience: 6-10 Yrs.
  • Min B2B Sales: Should have a minimum of 5-7 yrs. of B2B sales to Large Corporates
  • Local Market Knowledge – Min 3-4 Exp of B2B in South ( Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad market)
  • Market Intelligence- Learning and Development and Leadership Sales.
  • Ability to assess market needs; gather and synthesize requirements from customers
  • Understand the competitive environment and communicate customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue

 Other Attributes

  • Hard core Skill- B2B Solution sales (Preferably HR Consulting Soln, Training Solns )
  • Role – B2B Elements both Door Opening as well as Account Management 
  • Exposure – Should have interacted with L&D Heads, HR Head & CXO Level.
  • Added preference- Must have been rated high Potential in last 2 roles.
  • Aptitude to work in a high-pressure environment & deliver results
  • Ability to assess market needs; gather and synthesize requirements from customers; understand the competitive environment and communicate customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue
