Head of Property Management

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join to join a well established Estate Agency and Lettings firm. 

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Lettings industry, specifically Property Management and will be responsible for the day to day overseeing and managing the existing business department 

People management will need to be your passion along with delivery of first-class customer service whilst assisting to increase and retain revenue across the department which covers a wide area of Bristol and a cross section of property and clients 

Essential skills for the Head of Property Management/Lettings Manager role include:
- Experience of managing your own team
- Create and build strong relationships with your team members
- Carrying out staff training and development
- Completing monthly reviews with your team
- Monitoring processes across the department and implementing changes where required
- Property management experience in a busy branch environment
- An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Driven with a real desire to succeed
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Proven ability in motivating others
- Proven Leader with excellent problem-solving capability
- Polished and Well Presented
- Genuine interest in property and people
- Full cleandriving license is a must
-Enjoy an extremely fast paced and high-volume workload


Job Challenges:

- Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting’s legislation

Experience/Qualifications required:
- 5 years Lettings experience, preferably property management and people management.
- Membership of MARLA or ARLA desirable but full training is available

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm & 1 in 4 Saturday’s 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week).
