Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Backend Developer to support and enhance a
large-scale global eCommerce platform. The role involves developing and maintaining storefront
functionality, integrations, APIs, jobs, and services while supporting ongoing enhancements,
modernization initiatives, and platform improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong SFCC development experience, integration expertise, and the
ability to work across multi-site and multi-locale commerce implementations while contributing to
technical design, mentoring junior developers, and supporting platform modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Develop and enhance SFRA-based storefront functionality, controllers, models, and business logic.
- Build and support integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, REST APIs, and third-party services.
- Develop and maintain SFCC Jobs Framework and Service Framework implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production defects, application issues, and integration failures within agreed service levels.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Support deployment, release validation, and post-release activities.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers during development and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical recommendations for enhancements and platform improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience.
- Strong experience with SFRA architecture and storefront development.
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager (BM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Controllers, ISML, and SFCC development best practices.
- Experience developing and supporting OCAPI and SCAPI integrations.
- Experience with SFCC Service Framework and Jobs Framework.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Experience working on multi-site and multi-locale eCommerce implementations.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
