Role: Business Analyst with QA

Location: Rosemont, IL

Position Type: C2H.

Job Description:

•Gather, research and analyze various data from various sources and produce value added reporting for senior management
•Work closely with QA team and respective leaders to define and document process improvement opportunities from business requirements
•Review and analyze current business procedures and provide recommendations on better business practices and future strategies
•Act as coordinator and IT point of contact for support all technology related help, communication as per project needs.
•Hear project requirements and technology specs and communicate with regional IT staff and identify resources help answer questions.
•Understand project schedules and implementation team expectations with respect to project and schedule meetings with right regional staff
•Capture IT dependency items and resolve by reaching out to right people and communicate back
•Develop and document use and test cases that will sufficiently test the systems and reproduce real-life end-user behavior.
•Perform quality assurance testing for projects, enhancements, and production issues.
•Document bugs and process issues found during testing.
