The Fashion Designer, as a member of the design team, is expected to work under certain guidelines and design aesthetics following the given design brief. He/ she should be able to capture the spirit of what is requested in each project and develop complete ideas that are well constructed and characterized by design accuracy and choice of the appropriate materials.

• Creating/ visualizing an idea and producing a design using CAD (computer- aided design)
• Managing the design process and overseeing production from sampling to final fitting ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy and deadlines are met
• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes
• Keeping up to date with technical skills in areas such as grading and garment construction
• Discussing designs with director and/ or managers
• Collaborating with team members on seasonal projects
• Being overall responsible for quality
• Participating in any other ad hoc project

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion design (casual-wear, casual outer-wear/ denim-wear) and production
• Excellent use of CAD; Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent technical garment design skills; experience in garment production
• Advanced level of knowledge in the field of fabric and trimming materials
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Excellent communication and analytical skills in following-up sms and production procedures both in Greek and English
• Availability, flexibility, and strong can-do attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
