Description du poste
• Analyze and validate system specifications to ensure alignment with E/E architecture.
• Manage and execute applicative architecture activities for vehicle projects.
• Monitor and control the E/E complexity matrix and track its evolution.
• Define and maintain the applicative network synoptic (LIN, CAN, VAN, etc.).
• Manage Service Data Parameter (SDP) adaptations based on project needs.
• Perform E/E I/O allocation using tools such as Balli and Louise.
• Design and manage DC power distribution (DEE) and battery/alternator balance.
• Lead dynamic simulations (alternator behavior, voltage drop analysis).
• Manage technical deliverables and associated project planning.
• Track project milestones and prepare reporting (milestone reviews).
• Ensure compliance with mandatory rules and engineering standards.
• Analyze and resolve issues (ECU-level and root cause analysis).
• Participate in and lead technical review meetings.
• Evaluate the impact of engineering changes (ECR) and manage configuration in PLM.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics or Embedded Systems Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience.
E/E Architecture & Systems
• Strong knowledge of automotive E/E architectures and embedded systems.
• Good understanding of vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, VAN) and ECU interactions.
• Ability to define and analyze logical and physical architectures.
• Experience in power distribution design and electrical simulations.
• Understanding of system flows (physical, multiplexed, internal).
Systems Engineering
• Strong knowledge of the V-cycle development process.
• Ability to extract and analyze system requirements.
• Experience in system breakdown and functional interaction analysis.
• Good diagnostic and failure analysis capabilities.
Technical Project Management
• Good knowledge of PDP milestones (xSOD) and engineering planning.
• Experience in deliverables management, planning, and project reporting.
• Ability to assess technical, cost, and scheduling impacts of changes.
• Proficiency in PLM tools and change management (ECR tracking).
Configuration & Complexity Management
• Experience managing E/E complexity matrices.
• Tracking of software and calibration versions per ECU.
• Ability to identify discrepancies between system references (DOTE, matrices, etc.).
• Knowledge of product officialization processes.
Problem Solving & Issue Management
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of validation processes (PIV, plant tests, EOL, etc.).
• Experience with diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, CAN tools, INCA recordings).
Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and facilitate reviews.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-project environment.
