As a Recruiter for one of ALTEN's subsidiaries, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of ALTEN’s consulting teams in the UK. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT profiles and work closely with the Competence Centers Managers to deliver hiring needs aligned with project requirements and growth objectives.

This role is suited to a recruiter with solid delivery experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and partnering closely with the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and offer management

• Recruit permanent IT consulting profiles

• Work closely with Competence Centers Managers and Sales to understand current and future hiring needs

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Contribute to recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, pipeline quality, and hiring targets

• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required

The position is located in Central London

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)

• Experience recruiting IT, engineering, or technical profiles

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth environment

• Organized, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset

• Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance, in line with client, regulatory, and background requirement
