Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in spacecraft projects. You will support system design, analysis, and integration across multiple subsystems, ensuring spacecraft meet functional, performance, and mission requirements. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and help drive technical decisions across the program lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan and support technical activities across spacecraft programs.
- Manage system-level elements such as functional models, modes, interfaces, and requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, trade-offs, and technical evaluations.
- Support subsystem and software design through multidisciplinary studies.
- Lead system assessments, baseline definitions, and budget planning.
- Contribute to configuration-controlled engineering documentation.
- Support product implementation, integration, verification, and validation at system and flight levels.
- Help improve and iterate on company-wide systems engineering processes.
Who are we looking for?
You are a systems-focused engineer with proven spacecraft experience. You are confident leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex technical tasks, and coordinating with stakeholders and customers. You have a strong understanding of spacecraft systems and can work across multiple subsystems.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Space industry experience is mandatory.
- Degree or Masters in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics, or similar.
- 8+ years in spacecraft system engineering.
- Experience with system requirements, trade studies, and spacecraft design.
- Familiar with spacecraft assembly, integration, testing, and operations.
- Knowledge in at least three areas: avionics, power, propulsion, thermal/mechanical, control systems, or system testing.
- Strong organization and teamwork skills.
- Confident working with internal teams and customers.
