About the Role:

We are seeking Radar Software Engineers to develop cutting-edge radar systems for the defence sector. This role requires strong C++ expertise, embedded software capability, and experience in signal processing while adhering to defence coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize radar software using C++ for embedded systems.
• Implement and enhance signal processing algorithms for radar applications.
• Ensure software meets defence standards and operates efficiently in mission-critical environments.
• Work on real-time embedded systems and contribute to system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and systems engineers.

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and embedded software development.
• Knowledge of defence software standards and secure coding practices.
• Experience with signal processing and real-time systems.
• Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK).
