ALTEN Delivery Center Eastern Europe (ADC Eastern Europe) is part of ALTEN Group’s offshore delivery centers network, together with centers from other regions such as Morocco, India, Mexico, and Spain.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test automation plans for Telematic Control Units (TCUs) using .NET.
  • Execute and monitor test plans on TCU test benches, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing, including detailed log analysis and trace examination.
  • Maintain and enhance ET Framework Addons using WPF.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of test automation processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and insights into testing practices.
  • Work closely with our client to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all testing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in C# including Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Strong understanding and experience in automotive diagnostics, protocols, flashing, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
  • Experience in test automation and testing activities, particularly in the automotive sector.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with TCU/ECU, embedded systems, and signal processing.
  • Previous work experience with automotive brands.
  • Knowledge of test benches, real cars, and test farms.

Desired Personality Traits:

  • Self-reliant with proactive behavior and a positive, motivated attitude.
  • Strong performance skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.

Optional Skills:

  • Experience with test benches and real cars.
  • German language skills and the willingness to move to Germany for knowledge sharing and career development.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in German, English, Arabic, or Russian.

  • Preferred: English
