YOU…

• implement DfT (Design for Test) and BIST (Built-in self-Test) concepts to maximize test coverage while minimizing cost
• implement version control systems as a result of our own deliveries
• analyze support requirements for products and develop proposed solutions to optimize test coverage
• work in close coordination with chip design and semiconductor manufacturing as well as related areas

YOU…

• have completed engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Informatics or in similar studies
• already have practical experience with DFT concepts, ATPG and resimulation, memory/logic BIST, scan inseration, functional pattern development and fault simulation
• have good understanding of typical microcontroller architectures and preferably first impressions of SoC (System-on-Chip) development, Perl or TCL
• have good communication skills in English
