Job Description

  • Present the products of AlRiyad efficiently to the potential customers in ministries, investors, engineering consultancy offices and interior designs.
  • Buildup trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and matched it with AlRiyad products limits.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
  • Attend as the link of communication between end user(s) and internal teams.
  • Implement exceptional services to all end-users.
  • Resolve any turbulence faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Secure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with the customer to get the desired service
  • Present technically AlRiyad products in professional and smart way.
  • Follows up with the clients in order to make sure they are considering AlRiyad products as a potential vendor.
  • Provides daily reports describing the updates of the client's visits.
  • Keep updated with the company new products and services
  • Recommend to the management the needed actions to increase our customer base line
  • Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct manager.
  • Achieve the quarterly target of this position
