Job Description
- Present the products of AlRiyad efficiently to the potential customers in ministries, investors, engineering consultancy offices and interior designs.
- Buildup trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and matched it with AlRiyad products limits.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
- Attend as the link of communication between end user(s) and internal teams.
- Implement exceptional services to all end-users.
- Resolve any turbulence faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Secure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up with the customer to get the desired service
- Present technically AlRiyad products in professional and smart way.
- Follows up with the clients in order to make sure they are considering AlRiyad products as a potential vendor.
- Provides daily reports describing the updates of the client's visits.
- Keep updated with the company new products and services
- Recommend to the management the needed actions to increase our customer base line
- Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct manager.
- Achieve the quarterly target of this position
