Job Description

  • Create detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and procurement strategies tailed to client needs
  • Review bids and analyze change orders to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
  • Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project outcomes
  • Leverage advanced tools for accurate estimating
  • Offer specialized cost advice and support for commercial and institutional projects

Qualifications

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • 4 years of Cost Estimating experience
  • Experience with Estimating Software
  • Deep understanding of complex construction projects
  • Proven expertise in cost estimating, including experience with processes and tools
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering value to clients and stakeholders
  • Candidate must be comfortable working remotely but able to maintain excellent communication with clients during regular business hours
