Job Description

We are seeking a Director to oversee workers’ compensation case management operations in our Eastern region. The Director/Case Management provides strategic management and is responsible for leading and developing the people of their assigned region.  This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Case Management Operations and develops and executes business plans and strategic initiatives. The Director/Case Management is responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region. Paradigm Complex Care Solutions is growing rapidly and we are excited about our vision. This is a home office based position and can be located anywhere in the Eastern region.



  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and licensure as a health professional; or
  • Certification as a Case Manager; or
  • Professional certification in a clinical specialty and at least five years’ experience as a case manager; and hold a certification as a case manager.
  • A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in a leadership position with P&L responsibility.
  • Must have experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry
