Job Description

Paradigm Complex Care Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team. This position provides the opportunity to own and grow the recruitment function and is critical in achieving our strategic goals. The recruiter partners with leadership in the organization to recruit top talent for our open positions across the country.

  • Recruit for all types of jobs in the company, most open positions are for Nurse Case Managers
  • Work as part of the HR team
  • Lead execution of the strategic hiring plan
  • Build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional talent
  • Attract passive and active talent and build meaningful relationships with candidates
  • Effectively utilize available recruiting tools, advanced sourcing techniques, and social media to identify and engage talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Grow and develop the recruitment process along with the organization
  • Manage tracking and approvals of open jobs
  • Put in place best in class recruitment and interview processes. Provide leadership education on interviewing and recruitment skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in specialized recruitment with experience in Healthcare, Workers Compensation, Managed Care or Insurance Industry preferred. Must have experience recruiting nurses. Prior work in networking, sourcing and cold calling using email, text and other sources required
  • Demonstrated ability to build an active pipeline of quality people from your own sourcing efforts
  • An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
  • Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
