Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Case Manager to work in our Nurse Care Line. The schedule for this position varies and includes day, evening, and weekend hours but does not cover any overnight hours. This individual will be based in our Sioux Falls, SD office.  This position is responsible for triage of incoming occupational injury and illnesses calls, providing appropriate care options, and facilitating referrals to the employer’s preferred providers for assessment and treatment if appropriate. The RN is also responsible for associated follow-up calls and ongoing communications with the employee and employer for a pre-determined time frame following the initial call.  



  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license SD
