ALARIS has an opening for a Full-Time Medical Administrative Assistant (Case Management Extender) to work in our Sioux Falls, SD location. This position is expected to work Monday-Friday from noon until 8:00pm.This position is for a non-clinical individual to work in our Nurse Care Line and would be responsible for supporting the nurses and helping process incoming occupational injury calls. The Case Management Extender (CME) is also responsible for assisting with follow-up calls and ongoing communications with providers and employers.

Experience in a clinical setting and/or familiarity with medical terminology
Excellent computer skills and ability to enter data for extended periods of time
Experience with office machinery including but not limited to: computers, faxes, printers, phones
Excellent attention to detail
High sense of urgency and good prioritization skills
Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication
Proven interpersonal skills
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
