Job Description
- Define product vision and roadmap with key stakeholders.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Gather user feedback and turn insights into product improvements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to plan and deliver product features.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Use AI tools to speed up design work (wireframes/mockups/prototypes) and to draft product requirement specifications
- Run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses before full rollout.
- Ensure products are delivered on time with high quality.
- Conduct user testing and continuously improve the product.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
- Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Own product metrics for your area (e.g. activation, conversion, retention, and engagement) and set clear targets each quarter.
- Track product performance using key metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and data to improve product experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and recommend enhancements to keep the product competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in digital products, technology companies, fintech, or startups.
- Proven experience managing products from concept to launch.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Good understanding of software development and experience working closely with Engineering teams.
- Comfortable using data and customer insights to make product decisions, including running and interpreting A/B tests.
- Proficient with AI tools for design (wireframing/prototyping) and for writing product requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
