Job Description

  • Own and execute organic social media strategies focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Generate at least 500 qualified leads monthly through platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify, attract, and engage decision-makers (e.g., HR, hiring managers, business owners)
  • Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria before assigning to the sales team.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, conversion alignment, and feedback loop.
  • Create and publish HR-focused content (e.g., hiring insights, workforce trends, employer branding topics) in clear, professional English.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting discipline.
  • Track and report performance metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, engagement).
  • Continuously test and optimize content formats, messaging angles, and channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or social media growth.
  • Strong understanding of organic content strategies (especially LinkedIn and short-form content platforms).
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and professional English content (HR-related topics required).
  • Strong execution discipline to be able to maintain daily/weekly output without drop-off.
  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable tracking performance and iterating based on results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
