Job Description

  • Own end-to-end coordination of sales channel initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues faced by the sales team (e.g., lead quality, CRM inefficiencies, reporting gaps) and develop actionable solutions.
  • Analyze sales performance, channel metrics, and customer behavior to generate insights that drive decisions. Create dashboards/reports to track KPIs.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and Product/Dev teams translating business needs into clear technical requirements and tracking implementation progress.
  • Document and refine sales workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to sales leaders and technical teams, adapting messaging to audience needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess 2+ years experience in business operations, sales operations, or analytical role (startup or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau). Experience turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Basic coding/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to troubleshoot or automate simple tasks. Familiarity with APIs or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
  • Exceptional verbal/written skills—able to simplify complex issues for non-technical audiences and advocate for sales needs with developers.
  • Calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating problems. Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
