Job Description

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, content, and partnerships) to attract employers.
  • Optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to target high-potential audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into paying customers.
  • A/B test campaigns to refine messaging, CTAs, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
  • Create personalized reactivation campaigns (email, SMS, social) to incentivize dormant users with promotions (e.g., discounts, free trial extensions, loyalty rewards).
  • Track KPIs (conversion rates, cost per acquisition, customer retention, CLV) and report insights to the HOD.
  • Leverage CRM tools to segment audiences, personalize outreach, and track user interactions for both new and returning customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in demand generation, preferably in SaaS, job portals, or recruitment tech. Experience with reactivation campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft high-converting offers and persuasive messaging.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
