Job Description

Experience:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing high-impact customer acquisition campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, audience targeting, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Portfolio:

  • We require a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (e.g., links, PDFs, or case studies) upon shorlisted.

Qualifications

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email) to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Craft visually compelling, on-brand marketing collateral (email templates, banners, ads) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Develop tailored campaigns for diverse audiences using CRM insights (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine campaigns and improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Partner with design, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) for content ideation, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Base salary + weekly performance incentive.
