- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
- Segment email lists and create targeted email content.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for lead management.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and continuously refine lead generation strategies.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
- Strong written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
