• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Update relevant stakeholders on the status & progress

• Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment
• Experience in hiring interns to senior level position
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Able to start immediately will be a huge plus
