Job Description

  • Recruit and source suitable talents (tech: web developers, mobile developers, R&D, machine learning, etc and non-tech: marketing, sales, etc) and achieve quarterly internal hiring goals
  • Understand A Job Thing's Technology
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; provide an efficient and high-touch & good experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure the preparation & during the interview process also share and exchange information with all levels of management

Qualifications

 

  • Malaysian only
  • Proven work experience as Recruiter minimum of 3 years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to successfully work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Good knowledge of computer technology/technical skills is big plus
  • Good knowledge of project management and process improvement techniques
  • Fast Learner
  • Strong self-initiative
