- To make outbound call to introduce our products and services
- To meet daily KPI and achieve sales targets given
- Answers incoming phone calls to ask the inquiry and solve any problems the clients are facing with
- Follow up with clients
- Others tasks assigned by manager
- Candidates must possess Diploma/Degree in any field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Service or related field
- Required language(s): English & Malay
- Speaking Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and work as a team
