- Expected pay rate of $22 per hour + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
- Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues using strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment.
- Respond to and complete service requests efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
- Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
- Support vendors and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

What You Have
- At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related environment.
- Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to quality and safety
- Flexibility to support community needs, including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal business demands
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts
- The ability to safely perform physical work, including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What You Need to Know
