Job Description
AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Resident Relations Specialist at Crosstown Walk + Overlook at Crosstown Walk in Tampa, FL.
In this role, you will support prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process, conduct community tours, and work toward monthly leasing goals. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with sales and customer service experience who enjoy building relationships and helping people find their next home.

What We Offer

- $24.00-$25.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

What You Will Do
- Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospective residents.
- Schedule and conduct community tours, helping prospects evaluate whether the community is the right fit for their housing needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
- Deliver a professional and responsive experience for current and prospective residents.
- Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
- Participate in community marketing efforts.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications

- Maintains professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
- Communicates effectively with residents, prospects, and team members.
What You Have
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including responsibility for achieving sales goals. Experience within property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting goals and following a defined sales process.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address resident needs professionally and effectively.
- Availability to work during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
