We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community One Boynton in Boynton Beach, FL

What You Will Do

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
  • Complete apartment turns to AIR standards, creating an outstanding move-in experience for new residents
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building components
  • Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to fellow Maintenance Technicians as needed
  • Assist with vendor coordination, move-in/move-out inspections, and property upkeep
  • Responsibilities may vary based on your skills, community needs, mechanical systems, and seasonal priorities

What You Have

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, hospitality, commercial properties, or a related building maintenance environment
  • Proficiency in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, or general maintenance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation
  • Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials as needed
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
