Where You Will Work:

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns that drive apartment rental demand and support business objectives. This role provides both people leadership and operational oversight, ensuring alignment between tactical execution and broader organizational goals. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement across marketing functions.

Essential Functions:

· Manages the day-to-day operations of marketing teams to ensure efficient execution of campaigns, projects, and initiatives.

· Leads, coaches, and develops marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

· Oversees workload distribution, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.

· Makes tactical decisions that impact immediate team execution and cross-functional marketing efforts.

· Ensures alignment between team activities and broader strategic objectives through clear communication and reinforcement of priorities.

· Partners with Directors and cross-functional leaders to coordinate marketing strategies, resolve dependencies, and ensure organizational alignment.

· Monitors performance of marketing programs and initiatives, using data and insights to guide executional improvements and decision-making.

· Identifies operational issues, risks, and inefficiencies, and takes ownership of resolving them quickly and effectively.

· Drives continuous improvement efforts by evaluating workflows, processes, and team performance to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

· Establishes clear expectations for team members regarding deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and accountability.

· Facilitates effective communication within the team and across stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution readiness.

· Oversees the implementation of marketing campaigns across channels including web, email, print, digital advertising, social media, and point-of-sale materials.

· Ensures marketing content and deliverables meet brand standards, quality expectations, and business objectives.

· Contributes to planning discussions by providing operational insights, resource perspectives, and execution considerations. .

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisory, up to 2 direct reports

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business, Marketing or Communications.

Qualifications: 5 years work experience in marketing or related field required

Work Environment: Office environment. Limited travel, based on project objectives. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit, talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Travel: Up to 20%.

  • Expected pay rate of $105,000- $125,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
