Our Regional Property Managers are true business leaders who direct operations, sales, finances, and team development across a large, diverse portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role designed for professionals who thrive in the communities they support - not behind a desk.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple communities throughout the Northern Colorado area.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence, visiting communities 4–5 days per week to support teams, evaluate operations, and drive results.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve exceptional resident experiences and business performance.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio that includes both new-build communities and mature, stabilized assets, adapting strategies to meet each property's unique needs.
  • Oversee property budgets, revenue growth initiatives, expense management, and overall financial performance.
  • Drive leasing performance, occupancy, resident retention, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
  • Partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure communities are well-maintained and operating at the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader who is regularly present in the communities, identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and supporting team success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading multiple multifamily communities and high-performing onsite teams.
  • Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Experience overseeing a mix of lease-ups, new construction, and established communities.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Willingness and ability to spend the majority of the workweek onsite at properties throughout the portfolio.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)

  • 5+ years of demonstrated, consistent experience leading a large team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment with proven results.
  • Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
  • Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
  • Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
  • Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)

  • Expected pay rate of $120,000 – $140,000 per year plus annual target bonus.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
