We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our Parc Mosaic apartment homes in Boulder, CO!

What You'll Do

  • Complete apartment turns to create move-in-ready homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and resident-requested repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist with inspections, vendor coordination, and team training as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained community

What You Have

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
  • A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
