Job Description
Position Overview: The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Insights: Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations.
- Solution Development: Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
- Build Relationships: Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting and Planning: Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
- Financial Operations Support: Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate.
- Strong financial acumen with expert-level financial modeling experience.
- Demonstrated experience navigating and collaborating with senior executives.
- Exceptional business writing skills.
- Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus.

- Expected base salary of $140,000-$160,00 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
