Where You Will Work:

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.

Job Description

AIR Communities is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

This is a Temporary Contract position. Starting with a 3-month duration, with a likelihood of an extension. 

Supports marketing strategies and programs with goal of improving advertising effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rental. Enhance marketing content and message among various mediums. Professionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication.

  • Ensures consistent, high‑quality, and on‑brand content across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develops performance reports, analyzes marketing data, and translates insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Researches, pilots, and evaluates new marketing ideas, tactics, and messaging approaches.
  • Partners with external vendors and agencies to execute and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional marketing team members to deliver fast‑paced, deadline‑driven projects.
  • Tracks industry trends, competitive activity, and market insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinately closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business, Marketing or Communications.  Will consider recent college graduates.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Additional Information

This is a Temporary Contract position. Starting with a 3-month duration, with a likelihood of an extension. During the contract period, you will not be eligible for benefits unless converted to full-time. 

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected pay rate of $60,000 - $65,000 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
