AIR Communities is interviewing for Community Managers, Leasing Sales Consultants, Maintenance Technicians and Service Managers for upcoming opportunities to start soon around the Denver area!

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary, bonuses, and benefit options topped off with:
- Expected pay rates for maintenance positions are $22.00 - $30.00 per hour based on technical skills, experience, and location and a 50% rent discount benefit.
- Expected pay rates for leasing positions are $19.00 - $21.00 + lucrative commissions.
- Community Manager / Service Manager positions have a wide salary range based on size, location, and details of community. They also include bonuses, commissions, and a 100% rent discount on 1 Bedroom available.
- You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- Technicians who excel can earn up to $1,500 in quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction bonuses.
- 50% rent discount for Maintenance, 25% rent discount for Sales Consultants available at any AIR Community.
- Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 11 holidays.
