Job Description
Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm to support central office operations.
What You Will Do
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Corporate office is a safe and clean environment for AIR teammates and guests. This position is responsible for performing an array of duties such as handling various maintenance requests, stocking break and copy areas, managing the mailroom, including incoming and outgoing shipments, vendor partnership, manage office seating and access, assisting with events, and other duties as assigned. In addition, the Facilities Coordinator will need to be the initial point of contact for facility issues or concerns.
Facilities Maintenance
- Ensure the mailroom, printer stations, and kitchens are properly and adequately supplied and stocked.
- Ensure all conference rooms, the Town Square, and the Gusto Café are clean and tidy.
- Ensure the postage meter is properly maintained and supplied with postage, and track postage billback.
- Sort and deliver mail and packages to proper individuals and department mailboxes. Assign and maintain department mailboxes.
- Manage the assignment and relocation of new and existing workstations, including setting up monitors, office supplies, name tags, and maintaining the office maps.
- Issue and maintain badges for teammates. Ensure that the badge system is updated with appropriate accesses. Work with building management to maintain employee building access.
- Monitor Denver Facilities Inbox. Respond to maintenance requests, assist with maintenance repairs, and submit building work orders for office repairs.
- Schedule equipment repairs with vendors.
- Monitor Ring Doorbell for deliveries.
- Ensure proper disposal of all trash, including recycling toner cartridges.
- Maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors.
Barista Duties
- Prepare coffee and tea for teammates.
- Keep coffee machines clean, stocked, and in proper working order.
- Ensure adequate coffee supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Load, run, and unload dishwasher as needed.
- Participate in scheduling backup for the barista duties.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with coffee vendor.
Cross-functional Support
- Provide daily back-up coverage for the reception desk.
- Assist with all town square events.
- Cross train Arrupe interns on barista duties, kitchen cleaning, and mail sorting.

- Expected pay range of $57,000 - $65,000 annually. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and specific experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
