  • With general direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e., replace AC filters and light bulbs, repair and paint walls, clean common areas, assist with apartment turns, etc.)
  • You will provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
  • With limited direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e., completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks, install and replace sinks, faucets, and toilets. Troubleshoot and replace basic electrical components, etc.)

Qualifications

 

  • At least 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment or relevant training/education program.
  • At least Basic or entry level skills in two or more technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)

As an AIR Service Technician, you must have:

  • A reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Additional Information
